1. Eligibility Criteria
You must have appeared and **passed the M.Sc. Entrance Examination 2082** conducted by the Institute of Engineering (IOE) to be eligible to fill out the priority application form for any constituent campus: Pulchowk Campus, Paschimanchal Campus, Thapathali Campus or Purwanchal Campus.
2. Essential Documents (Digital Scans) when application
Failure to upload mandatory documents will result in automatic rejection.

3. Quota Seat Selection
- Review available quotas (Sponsored, IOE Reserved, TU/TU-IOE) carefully.
- Separate applications are required for each quota (except female quota).
- Applications remain "On Hold" until recommendation letters are verified by the admission administration.
4. Application Fee & Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Method
Siddhartha Bank (Bank Smart) or counter deposits at any Siddhartha Bank branch.
Payment Details (Mandatory)
- Applicant's Full Name.
- Entrance Roll Number: Exclude the year (e.g., if Roll No is 2082-50026, enter 50026).
The 30-Minute Rule (Crucial)
After completing the payment, please wait for at least 30 minutes before attempting to log in. This allows the payment gateway to synchronize your transaction with the admission portal.
